Dr. V. Venkateswarlu
Managing Director
Dr. Venkateswarlu is a Postdoctoral researcher in Pharmaceutics from the United States and served as a Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy at Kakatiya University for over 16 years.
He joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Hyderabad, in 2005, where he played a key role in the development of both generic and differentiated pharmaceutical products. During his tenure, he rose to the position of Vice President, heading formulation development, bio-studies, and packaging functions.
With extensive expertise across multiple facets of product development, Dr. Venkateswarlu contributed to a significant number of regulatory filings. He is widely recognized for his work in nanotechnology, Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS), and BA/BE studies.
An accomplished academician and researcher, he has guided numerous PhD scholars and postgraduate students and has published approximately 75 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
He has also been instrumental in developing 505(b)(2) products and innovative platform technologies, securing several patents for his inventions. Additionally, he possesses strong expertise in bio-studies, including hands-on experience in in-vitro model development and establishing IVIVC (In Vitro–In Vivo Correlation) relationships for ensuring bioequivalence success.
V. Vamshi Krishna
Director
V. Vamshi Krishna has completed the Executive Programme in Young Management (EPYM) from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
He brings over 9 years of experience in programming and 15 years in project management, demonstrating a strong blend of technical and managerial expertise.
Vamshi has extensive experience across project management, operations, finance, and business development. Over the past decade, he has been actively leading and managing these functions at Neuheit, contributing significantly to organizational growth and operational excellence.

Mr. Ramachandra Rao Molleti
Vice President, Head of Formulation Research & Development
Mr. Ramachandra Rao Molleti holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Technology from Andhra University College of Pharmacy, Visakhapatnam, India.
He brings over 18 years of extensive experience in pharmaceutical Research & Development, technology transfer, and commercialization for global markets. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the development of a wide range of dosage forms, including solid, liquid, semi-solid, and injectable formulations.
Mr. Molleti has significantly contributed to multiple ANDA approvals and regulatory submissions, working closely with major global regulatory authorities such as the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Health Canada, and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), as well as various regulated and emerging markets.
Maruthi Phani Kumar
Vice president, Head of Analytical Research & Development
Mr. Maruthi Phani Kumar holds a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India.
He is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with nearly 22 years of extensive experience spanning New Chemical Entities (NCEs), generics, and complex formulations. He brings strong expertise in analytical development, method validation, and regulatory-compliant product development under cGMP and GLP environments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Phani Kumar has demonstrated a consistent track record in developing robust analytical methods and supporting regulatory submissions, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and scientific excellence across diverse pharmaceutical programs.
Surekha Rachabathuni
Senior Manager, Head of Development Quality Assurance
Mrs. Surekha Rachabathuni holds a Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs from JNTU, Hyderabad, India.
She is a Development Quality Assurance professional with approximately 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D quality systems and compliance. She possesses strong expertise in the review and approval of development documents, including protocols, reports, specifications, and stability data.
Mrs.Surekha has extensive experience in handling deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessment in alignment with regulatory expectations. She is well-versed in global regulatory guidelines, including ICH, USFDA, and CDSCO, and is proficient in ensuring data integrity, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) across development activities.
Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to internal and external audits, inspection readiness, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. She is also recognized for her strong cross-functional collaboration and for driving a quality-by-design approach across product development.
Lakshmana Ginni
Deputy Manager, Head of Finance and Operations
Mr. Lakshmana Ginni holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from JNTU, Kakinada University, India.
He is an experienced professional with over 11 years of expertise in Accounts and Supply Chain Management. He has a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance, coupled with hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics optimization.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ginni has demonstrated a consistent ability to streamline financial and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
